What the form collects
Photo and video consent is given on this page. Names, ages, and the rest of the tournament details are collected on WhatsApp after you show interest. The site does not ask for payment card details.
Why we collect it
We use it to place your family in the tournament, contact the team leader, and apply the age and team rules. Photography consent covers images REA takes at the event for the academy and for promotion.
Where it goes
A submission is saved on the server that hosts this site. When the organisation mailbox is connected, the same details are emailed to REA Sports. There is no separate marketing list on this form.
Cookies
If you accept cookies, the site loads Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are read, and the Meta Pixel, to measure our adverts on Facebook and Instagram. Both set cookies and send your visit to Google and Meta. If you decline, neither loads. Your choice is kept on this device, and you can change it by clearing this site's data in your browser. A functional setting remembers that the opening screen has already played. The registration form works whichever you choose.
How long it is kept
Tournament entries are kept for the organisation of this event and for a reasonable period afterwards so REA can answer a question about your registration. Email ehab.ashraf@rea-sports.com if you want a copy corrected or removed.
